Product: UNI Travel AI — software for tour operators to manage tours, schedules, team members, bookings, and communications. Account holders may include operator staff, guides, and travelers invited by an operator.

Messaging program
Program name: UNI Travel AI notifications (UNI Travel AI / Unitravel App Inc).
Purpose: We send messages to support the platform—for example, account security, booking and itinerary updates, schedule changes, team notifications, and limited product or onboarding updates you have opted into. Messages are tied to your relationship with an operator using UNI Travel AI or to your direct use of our services.
Who may receive messages: Operators and their team members (including guides), and travelers or guests when an operator uses UNI Travel AI to communicate about a booking or tour, and when those individuals have provided a mobile number and consented as described below.
How we obtain consent (opt-in)
- Web: Where we offer email capture (for example launch updates on our marketing site), we disclose the nature of the program and link to this page, our Privacy Policy, and Terms. SMS opt-in, when offered, is not bundled with email unless clearly disclosed; mobile numbers are collected only with explicit consent for texting.
- Product & booking flows: Operators and travelers may opt in through account settings, invitation flows, check-in, or comparable in-product prompts where we verify the intended use case (e.g., trip updates from a known tour operator).
Message frequency & rates
Frequency depends on your activity and the operator’s use of the platform. Transactional and account messages are sent as needed (for example when a booking or schedule changes). Marketing or newsletter-style SMS, if any, is typically sent no more than a few times per month unless you agree otherwise.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out & help
- Reply STOP to cancel SMS from this program (where supported by the carrier).
- Reply HELP for assistance or email support@unitravel.app.
- For email, use the unsubscribe link in those messages or contact support.
Privacy & sharing
