Access & scope
UNI Travel Platform provides a marketplace that connects travelers with operators. Access is limited to individuals who accept these Terms and comply with privacy and payment requirements.
We may modify or discontinue services at any time; we will notify you when required, but you agree that we are not liable for temporary or permanent changes to the platform.
Accounts, security & guidance
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
- Keep contact and billing information accurate.
- Do not share passwords; use team invites instead.
- Follow any onboarding or operator-specific requirements we communicate.
Bookings & payments
Booking confirmations are sent when payments clear. All amounts shown are in your selected currency. We rely on third-party payment processors; we do not store raw card data.
Cancellation and change policies are determined by the supplier and may require advance notice or fees. You agree to honor those terms when you confirm a service.
SMS & electronic communications
By using UNI Travel AI you agree that we may contact you by email and, where you have separately opted in, by SMS or similar channels to operate the services—for example security notices, booking and itinerary updates, and account-related messages.
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported; reply HELP for help. Full details, consent practices, and contact information appear in our SMS & messaging disclosure and in the Mobile communications & SMS section of the Privacy Policy.
User obligations
Provide truthful information, comply with applicable laws, and use the platform for lawful travel services only.
You must not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform. Report suspected abuse immediately through our support channels.
Intellectual property
All content, visual assets, and documentation remain the property of UNI Travel AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from travel disruptions or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions limit liability; where such limits apply, liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, breach security, or cease operations. You may also close your account anytime via settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
